OK the DROID 2.2 is finally out! Have you updated your DROID yet?
I thought that it would come as an automatic update over the air but it did not. You must go to your “settings” and then to “About Phone” then click on check for updates.
I have the DROID X by Motorola
So what I have noticed so far...
- It seems to be moving a little faster, not that is wasn't fast before!
- The camera screen now has an on screen button to take a picture and I like that SO much better than trying to push the button on the side because my case gets in the way.
- When you are composing a text and you space between words it give you punctuation choices in the suggest line. On less step to take....
- Now has battery manager installed under settings
- The photo albums are different just not figured out if that is good or bad yet??
- Gmail needed to be updated after the update and it has some new cool features in the heading, reply and start, etc
So tell me what you have found in the update that you are liking!!
